This is a 21 and over event.
How can my friends and I be put in the same group? If my friends and I purchase our tickets separately, how do we insure that we are put in the same group? I want to send out invites to people to join me, but I do not want to pay for their tickets myself.
There are two ways to request this. 1) Put in the notes section of the ticket purchase. This works well if you know in advance who will be in your group. 2) Or email firstname.lastname@example.org with notice of who is in your group at least 5 days in advance of the event.

What should I wear?
For the practical: wear comfortable walking shoes and dress in layers to match the weather conditions. And if you are feeling festive, dress to impress.. there will be a prize for best dressed!
Which restaurants will I be visiting?
Click here to view participating restaurants. You will be on an exclusive tour visiting at least four restaurants depending on the final schedule, you may visit up to six. Your culinary tour guides will reveal which restaurants you will be visiting on the day of the event.
Are there vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, restaurants will be prepared with alternative tastings if needed that are diet friendly. Participants should notify the event planner about their dietary needs in advance. Contact email@example.com with special dietary request.
What is included in the ticket purchase?
Welcome reception at the Olympia Ballroom with a complimentary welcome beverage. Private walking tour guide. At least four restaurant visits include a tasting of their signature dish. Meet and greet with the chef, owner or brewer. Entry to the desert destination, Rhythm & Rye, and specialty desserts.
What is available for separate purchase?
Optional purchase items include raffle tickets, $20 each. Also, specialty drinks offered by restaurants must be purchased separately according to WSLCB rules.
Is there a way to accommodate late arrivals?
Yes. The check-in station will be open at the Washington Center until 2:50 p.m. to catch late arrivals and connect them with their tour guides.
If I decide not to go, can I get a refund?
Sorry, no. There are NO REFUNDS on Pre-Sale Tickets. Maybe one of your friends wants to go! Tickets are transferable.
