Traffic Alert: 5th Avenue and Franklin Street Intersection Closure Starts 

As part of the Franklin Street Improvement Project, the intersection at 5th Avenue and Franklin Street will be closed beginning Thursday, June 3. The closure will allow crews to safely complete the work in the street in less time than would otherwise be possible. 

What to Expect During the Intersection Closure  
The intersection will be closed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and may last up to four weeks. Pedestrian access and access to businesses will be maintained. People traveling through the area should use the following detour:
