If you’re looking for a beautiful place where you can enjoy a quality cocktail, Dillinger's is the place for you. This bar is located in one of the oldest buildings in town (The Security Building, built in 1927), and its classic architecture makes it a must-see spot.

If you’re looking for red mood lighting and drinks with names like “Final Ward” and “Death in the Afternoon,” Cryptatropa is the place for you! Speakeasy Bar & Bistro has a wide selection of wine, beer, and cider with a youthful, relaxed vibe.
Speakeasy opens at 5 p.m. each day, which makes it a great place to visit after the workday. Grab a glass of wine and a plate of baked brie – and who knows, by the time you finish that second glass, you might want to stick around for swing dancing, karaoke, "Eventually, everyone is a good singer," or one of the bar’s other events including swing dancing on Mondays at 6 p.m.!

Fish Tale Brew Pub

As the oldest brewpub in Olympia, Fish Tale Brew Pub is also one of Olympia's favorite after hour spots.
