If you’re looking for a beautiful place where you can enjoy a quality cocktail, Dillinger's is the place for you. This bar is located in one of the oldest buildings in town (The Security Building, built in 1927), and its classic architecture makes it a must-see spot.

Happy hour is every day from 4-6, so stop by for a Manhattan and some white bean hummus. You'll be glad you did.

Cryptatropa Bar

If you’re looking for red mood lighting and drinks with names like “Final Ward” and “Death in the Afternoon,” Cryptatropa is the place for you! Note: they also serve a delicious Moscow Mule, French 75 and a Lavender Lemon Drop. The bar opens up at 4, so grab your friends, cozy up in one of their booths, and enjoy the dark ambiance.

The Brotherhood Lounge

Speakeasy Bar & Bistro has a wide selection of wine, beer, and cider with a youthful, relaxed vibe.
Speakeasy opens at 5 p.m. each day, which makes it a great place to visit after the workday. Fish Tale Brew Pub

As the oldest brewpub in Olympia, Fish Tale Brew Pub is also one of Olympia's favorite after hour spots.
