Hot Toddy Innovates and Offers Virtual Shopping and Free Local Delivery!

Shoppers can view some of Hot Toddy's colorful spring merchandise on their Facebook and Instagram pages

"I've been doing a lot of local deliveries, more than I expected when we first closed the store to the public," says Sydney Hann, owner of Hot Toddy boutique in downtown Olympia. Hann, who will celebrate Hot Toddy's 14 year anniversary in September, is currently the only employee working. Her other two staff members are eligible for unemployment benefits while she waits to see if the business qualifies for The Paycheck Protection Program.

Hot Toddy, know for its superior customer service, has been lucky to have some of its regular customers continue to "shop" while the store is closed. "This community is just fantastic," says Hann. "Not only do I have regular customers placing orders, but I've received an outpouring of support and even had people make donations without buying merchandise as well as purchase gift cards."

Shoppers can view some of Hot Toddy's colorful spring merchandise on their Facebook and Instagram pages. Hann can also provide a "virtual tour" of merchandise by request and send some photos of store displays and new merchandise to inquiring customers. Free local delivery as well as free local shipping is available. "The amount of support the customers and community have shown so far has more than once moved me to tears," says Hann.

You can contact Hot Toddy through their social media accounts or by email at shop@hottoddyboutique.com.
